PILATES??

im really interested to take up pilates lesson..but does anyone noe where to learn it in singaporee.. i mean places where specialises in conductin pilates class and not those in gym classes.. is virtualfit gd?? and does anyone knows e rate/fee of learning pilates?? can anyone recommend cheap yet gd ones?

My friend is currently learning pilates at bouna vista but will only be able to inform you about it tommorrow(Fri). As i'll be meeting her then. So will get back to you then..

I've checked with my friend..It seems she got into the pilates by singning through her job company..

Currently her lessons are at bouna vista CC..

She says you can try calling your nearest CC to enquire to see if they have any going on...
