i have tried lumi facial. it was really good. Initially after the treatment, i don't see much result, however after three days, my pimples really lighten and i can see my face becoming more radiance.heard from the therapist that this treatment is a photorejuvenation treatment and the machine can treat all kind of skin problems. They also mentioned demotologist also offer this treatment but its not a full procedures that inculdes massage and mask after the treatment.

Looks like Aromatic House can do no wrong in your eyes. Seems to be at odds with the majority of posters however going by the other thread. How long have you been working for them?

i have been their members since their opening and also a spa goers. i am their loyal customer okie. i have sign up and renewed alot of packages with them since their opening. You may say they must have given me sweetener . frankly speaking yes cos they really give me a lot of feebies and benefits when i sign up with them. i have tried other spas too , there are spas which is good and some will just close down after you have signed up with them. Example: I signed up a package with watercourt spa but close down and can't get back my S$1800.


it's not going to do you good when you say things like that. check it out yourself then. ( on their service).

I have been their regular for many years. But once completed all current packages with them, i dont think i will want to continue sign up any more package with them.
Frankly speaking, Yes . it was their freebies which kept me continue signing up with them... However, their service is really getting bad.. the therapists are not that professional as they used to have . .. In order to keep their customer from being *faithful*, they should instead improve on their customer service, therapist 's skill etc. Finally what a spa goer really look for is a good ambient , peacefully enjoying the treatment from a professional therapist. Be satisfied & relax after end of the treatment.

I wonder how long has LYnn Chu been with Aromatic House? which branch?..

Regarding Lumi facial, I did sign up this package. I can say that the lumi facial is quite good & there is slight effect on the skin. But the price to pay is real expensive. I dont think it was worth the money..I can get better & effective treatment from other reputable saloon.

Is there any other Aromatic House customer out there?.. I would like to hear your views on aromatic house too! ..thanks!
