Hi Guys,

Suggest we go to somewhere like Orchard as it's pretty central you can book your own tickets online here i think the 12.55pm would be best:

http://tickets.cathay.com.sg/

If anyone else is coming PM me and we can arrange to meet up before hand.

Cheers,

Fohls

Would you be interested in a language exchange by any chance?
I don't want to take a course in German yet, cos I prefer to focus on my Mandarin first, but even though my German is still very basic:oops: , would fancy to improve it a bit.
I can teach you Japanese or my first language but do prefer not to tell it here... You can use PM to ask.

Fohls:
12:50pm is a bit early for me, I more prefer Sunday afternoon normally. Hope I can join you guys next time.
Btw, we may need an organizer to book tickets for us instead we book our own so that we can sit and enjoy the movie together.
Do inform me for next time gathering. Cheers.

Hi guys,

slight change of plan. We're going to GV Plaza (Plaza Singapura) for the 1.10pm showing tomorrow. I haven't booked tickets for everyone beacuse i don't want to be out of pocket!! Once we have met I won't mind doing it another time...

Cheers,

Fohls

Rheo and to everybody who would be interested in any gathering, please do note that we are all adults here who are capable of doing things to a high degree I reckon by ourselves.
If we already told you where to meet, what time, what to do as for example how to book your own ticket as previously tickets have been booked, etc. need not feel scared you're going to be "screwed" or to be taken the piss to find nobody there nor anything like that...
I know it can be quite tough to be in a foreign land without friends you know for a long time, without family, being in a new environment, etc., but then again I guess it can be expected nobody is going to be your baby-sitter to keep telling you every single detail what to do since you're not a baby anymore...
Didn't mean to sound harsh though...just to keep it real...

It was a fun outing. I think I can even be good friends with one of the people I met today as we got to know each other better after the movie during dinner.
The movie itself gave me the impression like Troy and it didn't leave me deep impression as I expected, as it's still more of the commercialised principles, but it's still an ok movie for its entertainment values.

erm...

if u are really an adult..
it would be very simple if you just contact me..
instead of just tell me to book my own ticket and sit elswhere.

and outside of PS is a very big space...
its quite vague u know.

I never bothered about coming in the end.
I will just watch the show myself another day.

AND For your info, I did not complain about anything did i?

i simply asked that you contact me.
ah forget this..

Sorry, bad timing I guess cos by the time you were saying you would like to join, we already booked tickets and so I wanted to warn you that you might have had the possibility of having separate seats.
One member who came later and booked her ticket separately actually did get a different seat, but just sat near us anyway cos the cinema was quite empty.
Do realise about the possibility of not meeting us without any phone number, but I didn't have any other phone number I dare give without asking and I don't really give personal detail like phone number that easily to people I don't know yet... Hope you understand.
Just contact the blokes then next time...if you still would like to come that is...

I just got back from watching Kingdom of Heaven, agree with u Kimi, didnt leave any impression on me either. Of course, the huge scale of any Ridley Scott movie is always impressive, some of the scenes were quite mindblowing. Orlando Bloom did a good job, so did that guy who played the role of Guy.

I was supposed to join u guys, but told fohls I was planning to watch on Saturday. Didn't get the tickets of course, so had to settle for tonite's show. Figured it was a little late to join u guys, maybe next time...
It's not getting any smarter out there. You have to come to terms with stupidity, and make it work for you.
