what is the pay for IB jobs in singapore-for analysts and for associates
and how hard is it to get a job in singapore IB? is the pay higher for US banks in singapore?
what is the tax rate for foreigners there?

I will assume u r refer to the management associate program (for fresh grads) in IB. For foreign IB, the pay package for fresh varies from SGD2.8k-5k per mth, with Master grad command higher range.
For the positions u enquiring, I dont think it is eligible for expat package, and hence, u got to pay local tax rate, which is pretty low.
