Tapping Food business from TW

Post by kylim7135 » Sat, 07 May 2005 5:06 pm

I am keen in tapping TW food delicacies into Sg. However, facing some problems. Your advice are requested here...

Have identified a particular delicacy from Taiwan, tried baking it several times with the recipes but the taste differ. Thought of approaching the chef for advice, but i believe nothing will come out from their mouth as it doesn't benefit them. what should i do to make them teach me to bake. Any one who have similar experience, pls share ...

My wife is Taiwanese, what products are you looking for?

Bread Talk in Singapore is also Taiwanese owned.

You could always approach them, and ask to learn, you have nothing to lose.

There is quite alot of Taiwanese food opportunities. we are the sole distributor for drinking vinegar.

what are you actually wanting to do business wise? Are you Chinese?

You can mail me with your idea's if you wish, at ksl1@hotmail.com
