Hi. I am planning to buy a HDB flat in Sg. Can anyone tell me what are the decriptions for flat types like "NG", "I", "A", "S", etc.

NG = New Generation
I = Improved
A = sorry, dunno this, but it's usually the biggest in area of all the rest
S = Simple

Hi u can get a
property agent to help you and he or she shd be able to show u the actual flat so u can a feel of the size and floorplan which u prefer.
