I'm thinking of getting my hair permed. Can anyone explain what the difference is between a ceramic and digital perm and what the process is like? and can anyone recommend a good yet not-so-expensive hair salon that won't make me look like a poodle? I usually go to Shunji Matsuo or Jean Yip but their perms are way too expensive.
Any tips??
