hi, i m thinking of buying a house in Singapore for my family ( mom dad bro me n my dog), since i m working here for long term, proberly migrate here. but i m not singapore citizen not PR oso, wat kind of hosue can i buy here, with a reasonable price?? err is better not in e west side..
so is there any 1 could help mi ??

Hi if u not a singaporean, u can only buy private house or
condo.

Try Astoria Park, next to Kembangan MRT... Can get apartment for abt 400k for size of 1000sqft..
But it is leasehold, with abt 90 yrs to go... Finishing not fanstatic, but full facilities

hello guys...recently i am introduce by a house agent to buy a apartment at 6 lim ah pin road...it call (the courtyard)...is the apartment good??how much is then worth buying??

I've seen it, its not that great... if you buy it , think you will have difficulty selling it off. My advise , don't pay more than 550k for it!

Since share prices usually falls after dividend ex-date, isn't it better to buy after the ex-date (rather than buying for the dividends)?

It depends on the TA wording and remaining lease.
If TA does not address sale of property then you have to rely on the TA cancellation of lease...
