Don't get this. Cases? Of course they celebrate birthdays in orphanages, it's just not like the sort of celebration we'd have. Well, I think so anyway.

Normally you want to do something for them right... and to celebrate yr bday at the same time? So call the head of the orphanage, tell them u want to celebrate yr bday in an orphanage, that u will provide food, drink, decorations etc.. invite yr friends and the kids can have a party with u!!
what a great idea... i just celebrated my bday last saturday quite alone because i have no family here and few friends remembered!
