Hi, can anyone tell what is the name of the service operator who provide mobile services where a group is given particular number and the group talk within themselves unlimitedly (they can't call anyone else like Starhub or Singtel, or any other phone- even landline)...

If I understand correctly, you are referring to PTT (Push-To-Talk) service on mobile phones.

'grid' by Singtel used to provide that service for corporate clients. Perhaps they do it for consumers too. You will have to check with them.
