are you talking about a strike off or liquidation?
there is a big difference in fees between the two.
if you need more information email me at pwabound @ yahoo.com.

Strike off or Liquidation

Depending on your company past activities and the firm doing the job for you, your cost may range between S$750 to ?? (I met a liquidator who charges S$7000 up front to liquidate a company).
This is just a ball park figure. You need to talk to someone in the business of providing Corporate Secretarial services.
If you are meticulous enough, and your company is "Clean", you can DO IT YOURSELF.
Cheers.

without the necessary experience, i dont think its possible to DIY even if your company is "clean". basically you wont know what forms to file, how to pass resolutions, etc.

That's True. DIY is hard. I have done it once before all the E-file and Sing Pass came in. If you can afford it, pay someone to do it.
