SIngapore Casino Project Winners?

I picked up this link from an earlier thread , been to the website, the telling signs are obvious which casino houses are getting the projects, go check out the forum...the winners of the Singapore Casino projects being decided already, I found this site http://www.stamfordplc.com talking about the integrated resorts. Would be interesting to find out if the sites were up before or after the decision. Seems like the casino groups were busy preparing for the whole thing a long time ago!
