Sports Physio Required

Post by Help required ... » Mon, 25 Apr 2005 4:05 pm

Hi All,

Keen to know of a sports physio....

I have a calf problem after I go running.. left calf only ?

Only run approx 20 minutes on the roads 3 times a week when I can..

Though, my injury has hampered me for a few years now and makes me constantly angry, as I get very despondent due to lack of past mobility.

I'm sure at 33 I have not missed the boat?

Cheers for any help provided.

Very frustrating , as I used to be very fit and never had injuries until I hit the booze for a few years and put on about 16 kg....

Am off the booze now and trying to live a healthy lifestyle, which seems more of a struggle than when I was inactive....

Hopefully I can get this sorted ASAP ;)
