nuts

i like to eat nuts but they could be high in calories...so wat kind of nuts is good?

i saw unsalted roasted cashew nuts and unsalted baked cashew nuts..which is better?

When I was visiting a dietian for weight loss, she recommended eating almonds as they were lower in fat. She also stressed no more than 6-8 nuts per day. For me, that was difficult to do.

Yup, i agreed with you. Anyway, be it any kinds of food, eat in moderation is the way to go. By the way, nuts are high in vegetable protein.
