Back Acne

Hi

I have been having acne on my back ever since I started growing my hair long a few years ago. It is probably irritated by my hair and hair serum. Cutting my tresses is out of the question. Most of the time, I wear tops that cover my back to minimise the irritation.

I tried pimple creams like oxy and neutrogena but have to limit the application as they bleach my clothes. I am using Loreal pore refining wash and essence which really help to reduce sebum production by keeping the skin matt for long hours but doesn't do much to kill the bacteria inside the pores.

Anyone has any tried and tested remedies to share? Thanks a lot.

I know of this salon near my place that do back facial for pimples and acne. I thought it was quite worthwhile as they will exfoliate the dead skins, extract the pimples and a mask as well, just like a facial. They are now charging $48 only.
