try not to drink too much water before u go off to bed. Best is no water before 1-2hr before u sleep. as for application i'm not sure.

Hello there puffyy. I've read that Preparation H (yes the very same medication used in the treatment of hemorhoids (sp??) and is available without a prescription, is quite effective for treating puffiness around the eyes. It seems to be the miracle cure that lots of beauty pagaent contestants swear by.
