Those good places are in Orchard... however, they are all high end condo with expensive rental and small space.

For those reasonable with equally quality are like Yishun Sapphire, Emerald and some at east coast of Singapore. I personally like Yishun Sapphire, a lot of greenery and quiet.. i have been living Yishun Sapphire for almost 3 years since i relocated and the rental is S$2500-$3000 with full condo facilities i.e. swimming pool, spa, gym, tennis court, jacuzi & etc..
