I would like to enquire with regards to the following
matters,
I am a divorcee with the sole custody of a 5 yr old
son. I received my divorce in dec 2003. I have plans
to remarry and live in another country with my son and
my present would be husband. My ex husband does not
have any access to the child. Sole custody and no
access is clearly stated in my divorce papers. I would
like to know
1)if there is any legal procedure I need to go through
to bring my son along to another country as I am going
to apply for a dependant's visa for him?
2)are the divorce papers enough for me to apply for
his visa or do I need to get some more evidence from
the court?
3) what the procedures are for me to change my son's
surname after my second marriage.
