It's not a GAP factory outlet, but there is a factory outlet in HV, named
"F.O.S"(Factory Outlet Store) @#02-00 100 Taman Watna Holland Village Singapore Post Building.

I went to F.O.S. in IMM today and found some GAP(very plain ones), Abercrombie, Hollister T-shirts.
