Can you advise whether it's cheaper to buy skincare/make-up in ingapore, duty-free @ Heathrow or UK?
I'm thinking about what would be import brands for Singapore like Estee Lauder, Clarins, Lancome.
Also...can I get Decleor in Singapore?
