What are they going to do that you cannot do? I'll answer that. Nothing. They have no special connections. In fact, it will raise red flags that you hired an agent for such a simple task.

They will only fill out the forms with information you give them... and that you could use to fill out the forms yourself. Otherwise, they would have to provide false information, and that would be very bad for you. It's a waste of time and money.
