Background / Advice Needed
My fiancée was previously a Work Permit holder in Singapore. Her permit was cancelled on 10 Nov 2025. Shortly after that, we realised that she was already pregnant before the cancellation.
Following this, I applied to MOM for marriage approval, but the application was rejected, and she was issued a 1-year entry ban.
I would like to ask if anyone has been through a similar situation and whether anyone has successfully appealed to MOM in such cases. Or, after 1 year entry ban, could i still apply for marriage successfully.
For context, I am financially stable and able to fully support my fiancée and our child. We are genuine in our relationship and are trying to regularise everything properly.
Any advice, shared experiences, or guidance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.
