Any Macintosh Experts Out There??

I _may_ have a contract that will require me to integrate of fleet of Apple computers into a complex computing environment which includes PC's, Windows OS and software, and Linux and open source software.

I need someone who knows lots about networking Macs... cabled and wireless, as well as interfacing into applications such as MS exchange, and MS Excel.
