Can foreigner buy HDB flat? (My wife is Sinagporean) Can I joint name with her to buy one? What if my base of my job/income is in USA?

Hi if yr wife is singaporean, she may have to try applying PR for u but u guys have to be staying in Singapore first. Until then, will u be able to able for HDB flat. Or yr wife can ask one of her family member who has yet to own a flat under their name and maybe HDB allow yr name as a occupant. As HDB don't entertain thru call etc and so u may have to ask someone from her family to arrange an interview date to ask for more info as they based on each individual situation.

Or another more realistic way is if u plan to move to Singapore, come her with a job secured first and rent an apt until u sort out the PR application before u able to get the flat.
