Fin number issue

I apply epass on the MOM website to go to Singapore, it says that a FIN number already exists… I don’t know which agent or who applied. How do I find out my FIN number? They have put it as 2017.

Can someone help me? I don’t know who applied on my behalf. How can I find that out?

1. Are you the candidate? If yes, why are you the one applying for EP? Note that only employers are allowed to apply for EP.

2. You would only know your FIN number if an employer has applied your work pass AND it has been approved.
