need help on networking

i need a program to broasdcast tv on lan...

I have two computers in my house and they are connected via ethernet. One of my them has a tv-card and i need to watch tv on the other one. I heard about that some programs can broadcast tv on lan. Can you write name of the program(s) if yo know?

Use a program like Windows Media Encoder to continually stream the video across the LAN.
The computer that has the tuner card would need to be capable of encoding at 320x240 @ 20-25fps real time at the least and then still you'd only be able to broadcast one TV channel at a time.

else you can try video LAN also ...it is a freeware
