Hi all,
Bit of an odd one, but I was wondering if anyone here includes freeze-dried meals as part of their regular routine, not for hiking or emergencies, but more in a day-to-day health/fitness context.
I’ve tried a few that are relatively clean (decent macros, minimal additives), and they’ve come in handy after a workout or on days where cooking just isn’t happening. That said, I’m curious if anyone’s actually using them regularly, not just for convenience, but as part of a proper diet plan.
Have you found any that don’t leave you feeling sluggish or starving an hour later? Would be good to know what’s worked (or not) for others before I go further down that road.
Cheers in advance!
