Suggestions on next steps(LTVP or PR)

Should we try our luck with LTVP and see if husband will be given LTVP+ which come with some benefits, and wait for sometime before we apply for his PR. Or apply for PR now given that he is been here for a while, shows his grounding here and take advantage of the family ties route for PR.

ICA does have the option to apply for both together, and have seen in other posts here that the application status will reflect only after the longer one(PR application) status would be known. Kindly help us if you have thoughts on this which could help us on our next steps. Thanks.

Salary: 150K + Bonus + Stocks
Education: Bachelors in computer science
Position: mid-level IC, no leadership position
Pass: EP since 2018
PR applications: None so far

I'm Singaporean. Both are of Indian ethnicity. We got married overseas this year. No kids.

Husband should stay on EP until company can no longer sponsor EP. Then switch to LTVP when that happens.

If PR through PTS scheme where he applies by himself, he can apply whenever.

If PR through family ties scheme where the Singaporean (you) is the sponsor, then wait for 2 years of marriage.
