Thanks for sharing. Did you get any response from ica after your appeal in October 2024? Also wondering if the documents you sent in March 2025 were requested by ica, seems like a very long time to wait for an appeal response!

Congratulations!
We are in the same boat, except we applied as a family with 2 years old son, and hoping for good news in a few months. Which supplementary documents did you submitted for appeal application?

@liznaj I only received an acknowledgment email stating that they had received the documents. As for the March document, I sent it by myself because my initial letter mentioned a salary increment, and I was waiting for my latest payslip to update them.

I shared a detailed family tree explaining where my grandparents came from, along with supporting documents and my long-term plan in Singapore. I couldn’t submit them earlier because I didn’t have the documents at that time. Initially, I only provided my birth certificate.

Hi,
May I know how did you appeal?
Is it like sending the docs by singpost to ica?

Hi @iopo63 ,
Last time, I used the SG_PR email directly with the supporting documents, but I think they decommissioned the email last year. You may use the FORM.gov.sg -> ICA and inquire about it. You can find the link at ica.gov.sg/feedbackform.
Good luck with your appeal, and don't forget to update us if you have good news.
