How can I have whiter teeth?

Are you asking for methods to whiten teeth or just how to have whiter teeth on a day by day basis?
For me, i have just whitened my own teeth at a clinic near town recently.
I would say it is value for money. The dentist took a before and after photo for me. Wow! I loved the diference!!
And my dentist is also very gentle and patient. ( i was actually rather nervous at first, hehe)
If u also want to have the 1 hour whitening, maybe i can give you more info.
