Sponsoring a person for a visit pass

Hi Everyone,

Just a couple of questions to ask.

- how do i sponsor someone from vietnam to singapore on a visit pass?
- if that person is already in singapore and wanted to stay beyond the 30 days validity period, how do i extend his/her stay?
