IPA Validity for LTVP (Spouse of PR)

Hi guys,

Wondering if anyone has recently obtained an LTVP as a spouse of a PR and if anyone can share how long the IPA is valid for (ie. how long we get to complete the formalities)? Will be back and forth between home country and SG due to current job, so would like to know the window I'll have to complete all formalities.

you can login to ica using singpa.
if there's a IPA for the LTVP, it will show the validity date

Sorry to ask you and appreciate if you could reply me.
I have been PR for almost 25 years since I was young as my parents are PR back then as well.
My sibling brother is SC for 3 years already.
I applied for SC but rejected for the first time ( never tried after)
Now I want to apply LTVP for my husband who has been working in SG for almost 3 years (Spass) and we married last 2 years ago.
Is there any chance that he will be guaranteed to get LTVP from your experience?
No kid and I also have permanent job for 7 years now.
I want to apply LTVP for him is because of nowadays hard to get working quota in most companies.
