Is it really possible to get EP sponsorship from outside Singapore?

I’m a Senior software engineer with a Canadian PR, and I’ve been exploring opportunities in Singapore. However, I keep hearing mixed things about whether companies actually sponsor Employment Passes for overseas candidates.

Has anyone here successfully secured an EP while applying from abroad? Would love to hear about your experience and any tips you might have!

The short answer is, "No", you have about zero chance of succeeding.
