Hi All, seeking advice from those who have submitted a PR application through the new system after June 2024 and subsequently attempted to update their employment details.
In my case, I need to report a salary change. When I use the “Update Employment” button, the system requests a “Letter of Employment” from my employer. My question is:
1. Can I reuse the original Letter of Employment submitted with my initial PR application, or
2. Do I need to obtain an updated letter from my company reflecting the revised salary?
If anyone has navigated this process successfully, your insights would be greatly appreciated!

common sense says, a confirmation document from Employer like "Employment letter"/ "Pay slips"/ "compensation review letter" is needed whenever you say there is an update !
Are you trying to declare salary which is different from your employment ?

@RoaringSinga Thank you
There is separate section to upload Payslips & review letter, other than that there is one section where they are asking for 'Letter of Employment".. So here the same common sense you mentioned says to upload the payslips/review letter under its respective section.
And the Question is about 'Letter of Employment' section.
Between have you ever before tried updating salary revision to PR application, if not suggest you go and see that section before providing your common sense suggestions in public.

That shows poor interpretation and reading skills. Because my answer clearly says "Confirmation document".
What is this statement of yours ? "Between have you ever before tried .......?"

This shows poor eyesight that not even read whats in reply.
1. I said there are 2 different sections
2. I asked have you ever tried, you never replied for it.
Incase you haven't tried it already, suggest you please go and try & learning it first before jumping at someone. If you have tried already told you share your experience. Without reading anything you are very much interested in asking counter questions everytime.
If you have something to share, most welcome. If have nothing not required to come up a counter question everytime, you can just ignore the post and keep quite as well.
