Email from DBS for PayNow but no payment received

Lately been getting those Dbs transaction alerts for payment received small amounts like $2 from strange names, when I check there's no such payment... And email looks legit... Anyone encountered similar?

Nope never. Are they really legit emails? Check again.

Yes the email was exactly from DBS...unless scammers can fake it? Very strange encounter

Supposed to have an incoming payment but after 30 mins there's still not payment. Whats the time frame usually to receive via PayNow?

You usually receive it immediately. However, at times the messaging/email system might be slower and it will come after 10-15 minutes.
