SC applied with less than 1 year PR

I wanted to add my two cents here. I recently called the ICA Customer Service for a different concern and asked them if I can apply for SC since the new process shows as if I'm eligible to apply for SC although it's still not two years since I got my PR last year Feb (02/24) and that person said if it shows in the new portal then, that means I can proceed to apply for it. However, I haven't done that yet as I'm waiting to apply for LTVP / LTVP+PR for my newborn, so planning to get either LTVP or PR for the newborn first and then to try the SC option later.
