No SPR card issued for overseas born child

Hi everyone,

Here is short background.
Both parents are SPR. Our baby was born overseas and his SPR was approved several months ago.
We have received his Entry Permit and Re-Entry Permit with his UIN/NRIC number.

But he hasn't been issued physical or digital SPR card.
Is this a common thing?
