if rich but no income salary. how to marry indonesian and live together in SG?

Post by justcleanrice » Mon, 03 Feb 2025 6:41 pm

Hi, i am new here and i would like some answers with regards to my case. i know there are better places to get my answers like TallRock Capital, ICA, etc. But i'm just gonna ask anyway to cover more ground if possible.

So i'm a Singaporean Citizen. both me and an Indonesian girl intend to marry and live in Singapore. And she would also like to bring her mother with her into Singapore. Now, i understand that in order to get a LTVP for both, my income salary needs to be at least $12,000/month. but i am not working. unemployed. but IF i own and live in a condominium (private) and IF i have $2-3 million in my bank account, would it be possible to:

1. get the LTVP for the girl
2. get the LTVP for both the girl and mother

Or even better, can i just apply PR for both?

Thank you.

If the Indonesian girl got qualifications let her apply for EP herself, then she can probably marry you. Living in a condo is not a big deal , condo got a lot of strata fees and expenses. $2-3 million is also not so much if you are unemployed, get married, have children etc Why not get a job, any job first dont be fussy, Both working maybe better when you get married.
