There are many nuances to what is meant by fresh when it comes to milk. One could argue that there is no “truly fresh” milk sold here. Obviously UHT is the opposite of fresh, but what about ultra-pasteurized milk?
Putting that aside, I believe Meiji brand is almost your only choice for “fresh” milk in child sized packs here. Meiji is a Japanese brand but their “fresh” milk sold here is sourced from Thailand.
Personally, I can’t drink plain milk on its own here in Singapore due to off putting smell and taste compared to what I grew up with in the USA. Just strictly on flavor, ANZ sourced milk is best, with Meiji being one notch down. The absolute worst tasting milk is the local brands like Magnolia and HL, which for me can induce a gag reflex. For Meiji, I can only drink their flavored milks and wouldn’t even put their plain milk on my cereal.
