How much cost of living

Hi! There must already be others persons who asked this question, but I would like to know how much is the cost of living in Singapore.

My situation is the following : I will maybe have the opportunity to have an internship at Singapore for less than 3 months, and I still did not have the opportunity to discuss about how much they will pay me yet, but I would like to have the info when we will discuss about this point.

Can someone tell me what kind of location can I find as I do not stay for long at all, and how much do you think I ll have to pay per month?
And how much shall I have to live more than correctly, I mean to live but also in enjoying at least a bit of the country?

Indeed it has been asked before, try a search...

But some guidelines. Some people live in Singapore for less than S$1000 a month. A fresh university graduate will be lucky to make S$2000. Gold credit cards typically require a yearly salary of S$60000, so anything past S$5000 a month is well off.

If your housing budget is less than S$1000, you'll pretty much have to go for an HDB apartment, or share a condo with others. Seeing the country is pretty cheap though, as an MRT ride from one end to the other is around S$2

I stayed in serviced accommodation, which luckily was met by my firm. For 3-months it's the easiest way - cleaned daily, cable tv, kitchen, free breakfast, gym, pool etc...
Cost though was (monthly rate) about 4,850.

CLEARLY there are cheaper alternatives.
