Dog Runs in Singapore?

I've heard that there are only a couple dog runs in Singapore where dogs can be off the leash. Can anyone tell me their locations? Thanks!

I had seen dogs running around w/o leash in Botanic Gardens infront of the mini stage.

The biggest dog run is at West Coast Park (at the end of Clementi Rd). There's also one at Bishan Park.
