PMLA Processing Time Taken More Than 1 month

Post by jad1345 » Fri, 25 Oct 2024 11:25 pm

Hi everyone,
I need an opinion of some expertise regarding our PMLA Application. It's already been a month and 1 week since we applied Pre-Marriage and yet Results to our Application still Pending which means it's still in the process right?

I have visited her last year and we in contact with each for more than 1 year now and also she makes upto 3ooo sgd/month. Has a rental Place with 2 rooms to live and already got Approved her new Hbd with 4 rooms now.

Now my partner and I are stuck weather we should wait for the results or should already submit a Visit Visa since we have Applied at the ROM and also Paid for the Reception to Marry after a Month.

My Fiancé's girlfriend got rejected her boyfriends PMLA within a month (then they applied his Visit Visa and got Married at SG also got their LTVP ) and told to withdraw the application by ICA. It's been a month and she suggested Us that we should wait for another week and might end up getting it Approved cuz it'll be 6 weeks already!

Don't what's really happening ICA won't even respond to my Fiancé's email she sent them last week!

Shall we go with the Visit Visa Now ? any Suggestions.... also it's stressing the Embassy might also reject my Visit Visa since they already know my Intentions are to marry a SG girl......

Sounds almost like a marriage of convenience is being attempted. Where are you from? You age? Her age?

Since it's already been over a month, waiting another week might be a good idea, just in case it gets approved soon.
