PR Chances For Indian Family

Hello everyone! I’ve been a long-time follower of this forum, and I truly appreciate the wealth of knowledge shared here. It has been instrumental in helping me improve my case. Now, I believe it’s time to seek feedback from the experts in this community. I would be grateful for any insights or suggestions you might have to help me further refine my approach.

My profile:
Myself: (Male)

Age: 32
Occupation: IT/Software
Role: Lead Software Developer
Company: Some Agency
Salary: 144k base (no bonus)
Race: Indian
Education: B.Tech from tier3 in India
Stay in Sg: Nearly 4 years
Previous attempts:0
Pass: Moved from EP to S Pass (due to , The agency don't have compass points from their end)
Volunteering: 120+ hours
Years of experience : 9

Wife: (Female)
Age: 30
Occupation: IT/Software
Role: DevOps Engineer
Company: Thales
Salary: 90k base+ 1 month bonus
Race: Indian
Education: B.Tech from tier3 in India
Stay in Sg: Nearly 2+ years
Previous attempts:0
Pass: EP
Volunteering: 70+ hours
Years of experience : 6

Activities:
Married: In Feb 2022(India)
Volunteering : nearly 200+ hours (both combined) (since 2021 to 2024)
Investment: Monthly $300 for 10 years (for my kid higher education in future) (Since 2020)
Monthly $2000 (in Singapore ILP) for my retirement (this is from my account) (Since 2023,nealry 2 years)
Monthly $1800 (in Singapore ILP) for our house buy soon) (this is from my wife account)(Since 2023,nealry 2 years)
Insurance: We both have term insurance which covers early critical illness as well (1M SGD Coverage)
Health Insurance: We both have separate health insurance (for 1.5million coverage)
Donation: We normally donate some random amount through these 4 years.

We are expecting a baby girl in this November and we are planning to apply for PR this first-time in December along with my baby .

I don't have any loans or debts in India, and here as well. My credit report is good. and we remit very rarely to India that too less amounts.

Looks like a pretty average Indian techie couple's profile to me. Nothing really stands out that would give you an edge over other fellow Indians.

If you have been following this forum for long, you should already be well aware that volunteering will have zero benefit and also you would be well aware which group abused it to lead to this state of affairs. Suggestion : if you are doing it for PR, then maybe save your time for other things that could benefit you.

Overall suggestion - no harm in submitting a PR application. I believe it doesn't cost much. But don't get your hopes up. Rather, work on an alternate plan for immigration - like another country. Do it while you are still young. It's quite unlikely that you will be able to crack the Singapore PR challenge.

Sorry to say with your ethnic quota and competition, close to impossible to get PR while on S Pass.
