Who can deliver food?
If a restaurant is not in grab or food panda, is there a delivery company that can pick up and deliver the food to us?

Yeah there are various services like that. I used to work in FnB and we used both the popular delivery platforms for single orders and other delivery service for large/special orders like cakes. Best ask the restaurant if they have any partnerships for delivery.
