Dear All long time no see and good to be Back here..
My question now is about EP renewal after the new Compass Framework.
I am 45 now and am worried of the meeting the Criteria for EP Renewal-
Job Title : Contract Manager for an MNC
Salary : $12500 fixed
Education : Diploma in Engineering
Sector : Retail trade
Will any short term Professional courses add value for my situation? Any recommendations?
It's a small company with just 2 people and the other one working with me is a local.
Thanks for your comments and time guys.

Shouldn’t your employer be worried? The one thing I figured out early on in my EP holding days… it’s more about the employer than the employee.

Yes they are not worried cause it's an MNC and they generally do not know much about the Compass system etc.
How could I know that I will be eligible for a renewal?

This is something you should sit down and discuss with your HR. You might know how many points you would qualify for, but the company also plays a part.

Upon renewal I believe there's this option for renew the EP or to apply for S Pass shall the applicant unqualified as EP. The company in SG only employ 2 person, one local and you. I'm not sure if it's fulfil this criteria in COMPASS: Support for local employment - Organisation’s local PMET share relative to its sector is within the 20th to less than 50th percentile
