Anyone thinks the interest rates for properties will come down soon?

Banks won’t be in any hurry to do this. Over the past several years they seem to have only gotten less competitive in terms of mortgage rate deals.

Agreed...FD are have lowered and could be even lower in Sept, but mortgage rates are still the same, not in tandem...
