Q : PR approved formalities eAppointment

Hi guys,

long time lurker here, seeking help for my wife to complete her PR formalities.

we have just received approval letter few days back (6th july)

so I'm trying to check what are the latest eAppointment dates available.

but it seems that the eAppointment system went through some changes, trying to check the dates by entering the approval date and ICA reference id, however keeps getting error

Please check that you have entered the correct File Ref No. and Date of Approval.

based on my experience usually it took few days for the eAppointment system to keep up with the main system, but just want to make sure if its not due to my user error?

yes i'm kiasu to book, based on my past experience appointment are usually booked weeks ahead so i just want to find a good time slot for us to head down.
