Yes, I have used it. You are allowed to update employment details easily. Rest of the updates like education, family details are discouraged or not ready with new system. These update ( other than employment) should go through enquiry form.
Employment details can be updated with below steps
- Click on status inquiry from your MyICA page
- Click on the update information
- Click on specific profile. i.e. Main applicant or spouse etc
- Select which category you wish to update. At the moment only employment is allowed
- Select what type of employment you wish to update. You can add new employment by scrolling down
