My son, aged 11, will be visiting me for a couple of weeks this summer and I am trying to find a holiday club that he can attend in the days while I am at work. Any suggestions?

I'm also looking for summer camps for my nephew 9-10 who comes to visit my family this summer. I've found some info. Canadian Int'l School provides a lot of interesting programs. I think I will sign him up for 1 or 2 programs. You may alos try other int'l schools and there is a web named "Singapore for Kids". You may get some more info over there. Goodluck!

I usually put my 2 kids in some holiday programs in June.
Look out for advertisements in the newspaper classified (Straits Times) towards middle of May and you will have a plethora of choices.
I also recommend zoo camp organised by the Singapore zoo. The kids spend 2 days at the zoo (9 to 5pm) and get to see 'behind the scene' work. This will be fun for the kids but I am not sure if they're organising any this year. you may call the zoo to find out.

There are even some hotels that offer this service for free, which is particularly useful if you have a lot of baggage as taxis can be very expensive.
