And for a PR application, they will ask:
- Residential addresses you’ve stayed in for the past 10 years
- Countries you’ve been to in the past 10 years and duration you stayed for
- Your parents’ current residential address and occupation
- Educational certs (if you wanna go all the way back to primary/elementary school). I remembered being a bit surprised that my husband’s suburban high school in a small town in the US being included in the drop-down list. It’s an ulu (remote) location that no typical international tourist would go to unless they have family living in those parts.

We can only guess what ICA wants to do with that data so SMS might not be too far off even though this is just a PMLA or LTVP application.
Oh yes the amount of information required for PR is incredibly detailed and understandable.

Interestingly, when I did my application this year they only asked for education cert relating to the highest level reached. So I only was asked about my University and had to include a copy of my degree.
They didn't ask regarding any education levels below that so I assume that part has changed.

You’d be surprised at the stuff ICA looks at. I’m very sure they know all of the honey traps, including the long-game (which I believe was invented in the Philippines).
At least you caught my drift. And ICA definitely takes a hard look at it seeing that Pinay's & PRCs have the worst reputation for coming to Singapore for nefarious purposes like wives of convenience or worse. The vast majority are "working" girls or nurses. His girlfriend is probably neither of those mentioned but still ICA takes a hard look considering how easy it is for pinays to gain new passports (although that is slowing down thank to the facial recognition software ICA are now using at immigration points).

Yes, my brother married a pinay, and before that happened I did a ton of research on all of the schemes & ploys. Some are not easy to detect, especially the long-game… they can stick to it for years until they get what they want. The victim is often none the wiser. I wasn’t about to let that happen to my brother. I’m sure the ICA feels the same way about the citizenry here.

The little girl I took care of from the age of 1 until 14 and now is back at 16 is the offspring of a worthless nephew and a conniving pinay. She hasn't see her mother since she was one year old (when the nephew had to go to the 'peens and fetch her as she only had a Sg passport. He couldn't take care of her as he was still in NS so the real hardcore softy of the family did.

There are so many troubled families with illegitimate offspring in the PI, it’s almost an epidemic. Utmost care and diligence needs to be taken… and I did just that in my brother’s case. I was involved every step of the way, because he is a “leap before you look” kind of person. I’m glad to report that they are happily married for 6 years now; last month had their second child. She just got US citizenship a few days ago, and the fact that she wasn’t in a hurry to get it (she could have applied after 3 years of marriage) gives me comfort.

Hi! Update: our PMLA submission was successful. But wanted to ask for clarification, my fiancé is currently here in Singapore on STVP and her pass will expire on July 19 but our ROM is scheduled on July 22. Does she need to request extension from ICA or the LLE already serves as a pass since the validity is one year?

LLE is not and never has been an immigration pass at all. She needs STVP extension.

I overlooked a similar situation when i was formalizing my wife pass in ICA. Just noticed she was "overstaying for 2 days". Need to pay $100 penalty and a written explanation.
